Our Contract with you

By placing your order you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Should we reject your offer, any money paid to us will be returned to you.

Prices

Our prices are constantly being reviewed but this should not affect your order. The price you pay for an item will be as shown for that item at the time the order is placed unless: 1. We reserve the right to reject an order if the offer price is a pricing error. 2. The requirement of your order changes after you place your order.

Please note that all prices shown on the site are in British Pounds Sterling.

Tax Charges (VAT)

All the prices shown include VAT where appropriate. If you are ordering from outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT, please call us to order by phone.

Delivery Charges

Orders up to £50 in total: delivery charge £3.95
Orders over £50 in total: delivery charge £6.95

Returning an unwanted item

Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. You may return items to us for exchange, replacement, or refund (not including sale items, made to measure items nor underwear for hygiene reasons) WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE, providing the item remains in all original packaging with all original labels attached and has not be worn, washed, soiled or damaged in anyway and the appropriate receipt is tendered. You will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.

Returning a faulty item

Please note that personalised products cannot be returned as unwanted items. We thoroughly check the quality of all personalised items to ensure that we do not deliver a faulty item to you.

If you wish to return an item because it was faulty when delivered, the item must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge. The item may be exchanged for a replacement item, or a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a returned personalised item if we consider there is no fault. If we accept a fault, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us.

Returns Procedure

Faulty or defective items: If you return an item because it is defective, nad we accept that it is defective we will refund your costs in returning it to us.

Please note that we reserve the right to have faulty items independently inspected if we believe that the product may have been tampered with or has suffered unreasonable abuse.

Delivery Charges

All our product prices include free one-way delivery for UK customers.

International Orders - prices are the same as UK orders, but additional shipping charges will apply. Please call for details.

International customers

If the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.

Security

We have never had a case of credit card fraud using our shopping system. All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and they are only decrypted after they reach us.

The shopping cart has a security licence confirming that it is safe for e-commerce use. This is for your safety as some sites do not have these and you should only order from secure encrypted sites. When you proceed to the checkout you should see a small padlock in your browser - look for this on any e-commerce site to confirm its security. You can also double click on the padlock to view the licence.

We will charge your account for payment at the time the order is received. Products are dispatched after we have cleared the payment. The purchase area of our site is secure and has a security licence. This means that the information is encrypted using industry standard SSL Technology (i.e. ALL SECURE DETAILS PASSED BETWEEN YOUR COMPUTER AND OUR WEBSITE CANNOT BE READ BY ANYONE ELSE AS THE INFORMATION IS ENCODED)
